Well hey everyone long time know talk well i have been really busy with work and i have been running and running but anyway i am now down to 101 and thats great.  but i still have a lil left to go.  i hope everyone else is doing great i have been fasting alot and its going great i now wear a 0 to a 00 in pants and xs in shirts man that is awsome to say again.  but if you need anything message me and when i check my xanga i will be sure to message you back about anything.  k good luck everyone.
