Well i have started a new job that is why i havent beeen on here girls well i am now down to 110 and i am loving it well also i havent had time to get any new tips and i have been really watching what i each and everything. But if you need anything just let me know i will start to try and get on more often i just work a lot and when i am not working i want to sleep and sometimes go to the gym you know what i mean. anyway you all stay strong and hit me back.

i'm glad you're at least doing okay, i was kind of wondering what happened. :) today was a fresh start for me, but with all the stuff for school i just feel so overwhelmed.... you stay strong too, okay? :)

Hey hun, just dropping by to see how everything is going for you... Anythign interesting or exciting to tell or share? Me? no not really, I did finally get down to 123.8 pounds (a first for me,) but i'm already back up to 125. Its ok though, I"m gonna make it go down. hehe. Congrats on the 110 by the way.. I hope to be there before august... and the way things are going, i SHOULD be. I dont see why i cant. So I have a question for you.. do you have any tips for controlling cravings/urges? I'm just curious. Ok well i hope you are having a lovely time. and i hope work isnt getting to be too much and overwhelming. Keep in touch, stay strong
